Human resource management is the strategic functional area of organization. Most of the people things that HR department is just an expense for the company.

Human resource management is the process of recruiting,selecting,training,appraising and evaluating to prepare new strategic resource for the company. Human resource management also taking care of EEO(equal employment opportunity),Health standards,working environment and hearing employees concerns.

Primary goal of HRM to determine organization needs based on strategic objective and find the right person in the right place to fulfill the requirement.
