Disabling Application Error Reporting on Windows Server 2003/XP



Preface

This is not recommended procedure that you should disable error reporting option without any good reason, in case program or computer crashed then you don’t have personally identifiable information at that time.

Step by Step

Step 1

Right Click on My Computer Icon and click on Properties from the pop-up menu.

Step 2

When the System Properties dialog come up, click on the Advanced tab, and then click on the Error Reporting button.

Step 3

After clicked on the Error Reporting button, the next dialog come-up in that you click on the Disable radio button, and if you don’t want notify option so remain checked, so you don’t get any notices of system failures at all.

Now press on OK, -> Apply, and then OK, and Now Error Reporting has been disabled.
