Project consist set of tasks which have start and end time, unique in nature and produce a set of deliverables. Project is completed when the goals and objectives of the project are achieved successfully. Project has multiple phases and each phase involves individuals called stakeholders to achieve the milestones and to continue the progress of the project till project not meet its goal and objectives. Time, Quality and cost are the important constraint of the project and management is required to handle these constraints properly. During the progression of projects different documents are produced in each phase, project related document is known as deliverables.
