Many people having their web sites with good page ranking in the past are unable to understand the reason of dropping google page rank. To match with the google benchmark follow some of SEO techniques mentioned below.
- Don’t copy material
- Use proper keywords
- No more than five keyword per page
- Use meta tags
- Use h1 for your headings
- Increase number of baclinks
- Create sitemap for your web site
- Create Google sitemap and sumbit to them
- Proper image name
- Proper image alt text
- Use hyphens, not underscores when you name a page file
- Make sure your site has an error handling page
- Don’t use hidden text
- Proper domain name
- Always give page title and description for the page
- Use text links
- Proper naming structure
